Medical Insurance Benefits

Employer pays 60-80% based on selected plan and salary.



Eligibility

Lay employees who work 30 hours or more per week on a regular schedule are eligible for the following insurance benefits on the first of the month following thirty (30) days of employment.

For example:

• A lay employee hired February 4 is eligible April 1.
• A lay employee hired November 1 is eligible on December 1.
